“Was hidden away, not exactly the companies fault the guy working directed us thankfully. Was a bit cheesed off that I had to pay a pound a head to cover the costs for the minibus to enter and exit the airport car park. Should have been included in the price I paid upfront in my opinion.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The optional charge of £3 per vehicle one time payment is a levy that the airport now charge to drive upto the terminal to drop you off. Some people want to pay this, and some others don't, that is why we keep it optional rather than forcing it into the price of the booking. If you didn't want to pay it, you would have been dropped at the free drop off that the airport provide, as you would have been advised when you arrived at the car park. The free drop off is about a 5 minute walk to the terminal.
