We decided to park with these guys for a holiday we had planned for my birthday. Initially, we struggled to find the car park as the google maps took us to the business park but we could not find the lot they were based on. In terms of parking the car and being transported to the airport, we had no issues. Our biggest issue was with the staff, who we found rude. We arrived at the car park and were told off for not putting the times of our flights on the booking (we assumed it was like any other car park where you park your car for the allotted time you book and then pick it up when you arrive- hence why we booked the entire day rather than our flight times- in case there was any delays. In the middle of this explanation, the man spoke over me and said ‘nope, put your times in correctly otherwise it f*cks it up for us. They then handed me a piece of paper and said ‘ring this number when you arrive back and we will pick you up. When we arrived back, we rang said number, and after they were made aware of our arrival, they put the phone down (or so they thought). While they thought they had put the phone down, I heard of them call me a tw*t. We were then picked up from the airport and taken back to the car park. When we arrived at the car park, without saying a word, the guy driving the car, got out the car and walked off without saying a word. Overall, in terms of parking the car and being dropped at the airport, the service is quite satisfactory. The customer service is what lets it down. Would probably book at the actual airport next time

I wasn’t happy with how long we had to wait to be picked up at the airport after ringing 3 times. When the mini bus arrived they couldn’t fit us in as it was full and no room for our luggage. It was late at night and cold and windy. We waited 45 minutes before we eventually got picked up. Not happy with the service.

1st and last time used. On arrival we were taken into the airport and asked to pay £5 which we did. On return we were told to follow the red path and we would be collected. I am disabled and find walking very difficult and had no idea how far I would need to walk. Made 4 phone calls to ask for help and nobody picked up. Returned to the terminal to get a taxi to the car park as I was exhausted. Phoned again and got an answer and was told to go to the bus stop opposite the yellow submarine and I would be collected. I had to pay £5 and it was worth it. Why wasn't this offered first of all? Why isn't £10 added to the cost of parking and then the pick up would be close to the terminal. The pick up procedure was not explained properly. Will never use again and will never recommend.

Did not know I had to leave my car keys and was really disappointed where we were dropped off in the car park. It was far too long a walk with heavy cases surely we could've been dropped off near the airport

Parked our car here recently, went into the office and wasn’t really spoken to by anyone friendly, infact pretty much ignored. We were sent out to the minibus, one guy got out & walked towards the office, my husband said Morning & he was ignored, I let out a bit of a laugh in disbelief of how rude he was & the guy said WHAT. Anyway after being on edge nearly all my holiday as to where the hell id left my car we were collected by a nice friendly guy & all was ok with my car

Very bad how you get dropped off and picked up from a 9 minutes walk away from Terminal. Walked in rain with cases at 11.00pm is no joke. I would never use again although if you give them £5 each way extra they will take you to the terminal drop off point. Just would not accept that as a good service

My interior mirror had been adjusted and side mirrors. Whilst I appreciate the car may have had to be moved, not such a distance to warrant that. There was also a confrontation with another passenger involving a shouting match.

The shuttle bus (ie. Transit van) falling apart…no steps available, no interior lights, bare metal seat brackets sticking out, door trim literally hanging off. My wife almost tripped over it in the dark. They have been using this same old van for donkeys years…someone is going to have a serious accident. Spend some of your profits and get a new minibus!!! We do pay for service after all. Also, why can’t they pick you up where they drop you off outside the terminal??? I would rather pay an extra few quid than wander round the massive car park trying to find the pick up point - which doesn’t have a sign on it either! Far from slick guys

My flight arrived 40 minutes late and when I arrived to collect my car the person at the counter told me it my car was the front entrance. I told her it was not because I had already looked. She gave me the keys, I went out searching for 5 minutes and I returned to the office and told her my car was not there. She did not apologise and it seemed she did not bother. I talked to a man and he went looking for my car which was on another car park, not the front one where the cars of flying back customers should be. It took him quite some time to find it, it was not straight forward. It took me more than 20 min to collect my car since I was brought back by the chofer from the airport.

Pick up point was far away. When left in front of air port was told same location pick up would be 5 pounds.

I have already sent an email of complaint with full details but had no reply to date. Basically I left a brand new car with them and returned to find the front passenger seat soaking wet and the passenger door and foot well.

After parking our car in a corner against a wall we where ask to leave our keys we didn't want to because there's no need to move the car from where we had parked but we where told if we didn't leave our keys then we couldn't park and then told good luck getting a refund very unprofessional and refused a refund

I won't be booking here again unfortunately as I wasn't very happy that they couldn't bring my baby's car seat when picking us up. When I booked, it said it was a bus taking us to the airport, I wouldn't have booked this if I'd have known it was a van and they would refuse to bring the car seat. So I had to loosly hold my tiny baby, and it's not like they drove slow either to compensate for this.

The directions sent to us to find the car park were out of date. Quite a walk from drop off to airport departure terminal & Same on return. We had to wait a while to be picked up at the end of our holiday. Car had lots of mud spray around wheel arches.

Waited ages for pick up van over loaded with luggage stacked up when boot opened my case fell to the floor was stacked high and cracked case not happy was a new case

I suppose it’s what you pay for , but I won’t be using them again .. terrible customer service and one of the staff was just rude! Still a ten minute walk to the airport from a drop off in one of the far car parks….. I will just use public transport in future!

Giving two stars as there was no warning you’d have quite a walk to the airport from stop off. My partner has a disability regards walking and we’re simply told it’s where we drop off or we have to pay £5. Seriously the amount of money made and won’t pay £5!!! If there was pre warning we wouldn’t have even booked. Mini bus stunk of cigarettes. But got us to and from ok.
