Was deemed unfit to fly by doctors as a result of an accident that happened to me a week before the flight. Emailed them a few days prior to see if we could cancel parking at all. No reply whatsoever, customer service non-existent.

I canceled the booking when I found out that I had to go into hospital for surgery I contacted you for a refund but you declined my request stating that you do not refund but will extend my booking for use in the next 12 month which is of very little use considering the surgery I have just had

Drop off zone is too far away from the terminal for a shuttle service. When we arrived back to be picked up we were told to ring approximately 20 minutes before needing to be picked up, we were waiting 45 mins at the e pick up zone at midnight with a two year old in a pram. Very poor service compared to a couple of years ago.

Very poor service. No prior warning that they no longer drop off and pick up at the airport terminal. Mini bus was very high and extremely difficult for my elderly Mum to get on and off. No offers of help or step anbailable. Very surly guy on reception when we arrived. Used to be a brilliant service but won’t be using again.

Our experience when leaving the car and being transported to Liverpool airport on 16.01.24 was actually 5*, but then that was completely overshadowed by the rudest man in a customer service role on our return on 21.01.24, at 12.30am. The gentleman (which he most definitely was not) told us to meet him by the pay station for collection, and because we were one minute late getting there absolutely tore strips off us. His behaviour was actually quite unbelievable. Then to show us how cross he was, drove like a complete maniac. Unfortunately for In2CarParks due to this man's behaviour I won't use them again. An experience I never want to repeat.

The manager on duty on the 17th Jan is very rude. They spoilt my car and she said she won't take responsibility and drop the phone on a customers. What a simple apology would have resolved. Very bad customer service.

We booked this online via a search engine. Once we found the location we were asked to leave our car keys. It doesn’t state that this needs to happen when booking and came as a surprise. Once we returned to collect the vehicle the car had been re parked elsewhere again not aware this was going to happen otherwise would not have booked. The transfer bus is too small for purpose as was crammed in with other customers on return. Would not use again

Flight got cancelled, they don’t do refunds, instead they give you credit for next time, Liverpool airport was a one off for me so will never use it, waste of money

If there was a 0 star rating- that's what they would get. Car park? More like sardines crammed into a tin. How on earth anyone gets their car back with no damage to doors or panels is a mystery. They also ask you for the car keys on arrival, something they don't advertise on their website. I booked my car in, and when I saw the " facilities", decided not to park there, and went to Liverpool Airport Long Stay instead, at considerable cost to myself. They wouldn't give a refund, probably needed my booking money to refurbish their knackered old minibus, which looked on its last legs, and doubtful whether it would have been capable of dropping off passengers at the terminal. Oh, and that costs another £5, again, not advertised at time of booking. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs.

On returning at 2am to a rainy Liverpool With luggage and three tired kids under 11 we were told to start walking to meet the driver. We explained we had been dropped off in the car park and asked to return there and call when we arrived for collection. We were told we had been expected the previous day and to start walking up the road to meet the driver. 15 mins later after walking and following the instructions and three call that went unanswered we were told to walk back to the car park where someone was waiting for us. I’d never use this service again. A complete shambles the staff on the phone need to adjust their attitudes.

I broke down just before I arrived at your car park my cam belt broke I phoned the office and they told me they could not do anything to help I then ask whether I could get a refund. I was told to get in touch with Parking Up. They said it was up to you I have since e-mailed you and had no response.

Waited an hour for collection. Told high volume of passengers used In2 from our flight - we were first to arrive at collection point and only 4 more cars parked. Rather be told truth! Discovered my mileage increased a mile. Strange - half mile to/from drop-off. I hope it wasn’t used to collect passengers whilst in In2 care????? Won’t be using In2 again 😡

I'm sorry to hear that you waited that long. You shouldn't have been waiting this long. Your car would have definitely not had increased mileage on the clock, the car does not leave our car park whilst it is parked with us.
