This was a service of two halves...both disappointing. Having used in2 before, we were confident of an excellent service. Sadly, this was not so. On arrival, we were taken by car to the long-stay car park...a good 5 minute walk to the airport. As a clearly disabled man, this was torture. Add to it the fact that we had a 6-year-old in tow, and it took us almost 20 minutes to do the walk. Now, this may be my fault in that I booked and paid and didn't expect things to have changed since before, so it's probably on the documents somewhere, but noone bothered to check if I would be ok or offer an upgrade if I needed it. We were told to call a number on our return and we would be picked up from where we were left off. We landed at 12:50am and it took seven calls before anyone's answered. When he did, he was just rude. He asked where we were and, by 1:15am, I was tired and it was dark. We had walked to the drop-off point, which is what I told him. The response? "Well how am I supposed to know where that is?" Er... because that is quite literally your job! He continued "Is it drop-off point two?" as if I were privy to the company's inner workings! I didn't know; I didn't care. It was after 1am, he hadn't answered the phone and then I was supposed to give him chapter and verse of where I was! Eventually, he works it out and tells us he'll "be about 8 minutes". 20. That's how much longer we waited: 20 minutes. I suspect, he hadn't got the car ready and was panicking. We finally see him arrive and when he sees me on sticks, he panicked again, not sure how to get me in. He actually made my wife and six-year-old load all the cases into the van whilst he wandered around unsure. That's when I noticed only one headlight was working. So, not only was he unsure about what to do, he was driving a vehicle that isn't legally roadworthy! By 1:40, almost an hour from landing, we set off. That's when my boy cut his finger on the broken seatbelt buckle! My wife told the driver who said, "Oh, it's broken is it? Oh dear." Nothing more. Once all back at in2, he found my key and watched my wife unload the van with our cases...not offer of help. Glad to be in charge of a roadworthy vehicle, I approached the car to find...it was called in dust! It was like someone had dumped sand all over it! I know it isn't valet parking but the basic expectation is that the car doesn't come back worse than when you drop it off! I then crack my knee against the steering column as the driver had pulled the seat all the way forward and neglected to even roughly reset it. After a lovely holiday, in2 did an amazing job of ruining the return. It really was quite a feat of incompetence! So, I'd you are looking for a car parking company who is in2 leaving you angry and disappointed, you found it. If not, pay a bit more for a better experience. As my dad always said, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. We will speak to the team who were on to find out why there was a delay and the person who spoke to you rudely. This is not what we are about. As you know from previous experiences with us, we are a good car park and this experience is not the normal one.

Drop off was ok pick up was a nightmare tried ringing the number 12 times no answer stood finally answered to a very grumpy man who said 10min 40 min later till he arrived I said Iv been stood here after a 8hr travel and he started screaming at me he’s entitled to a lunch break this is at 7.15pm 🤷‍♂️I thought of him he needed to speak to his employer and I just want my car.He then drove like a crazy man back to the depot to where the guy at the desk was smoking and blowing smoke in my face was in the office.This is the most cowboy firm Iv ever come across and would never ever leave my car with these hillbillies.

I had to wait 59 mins for the mini bus to pick me up to get my car, I was also dropped off and collect at the end of the opposite car park which is a good walk to the terminal, I was not happy

The drop off and transfer to the airport was fine. Unfortunately on our return was much more concerning, the driver that came to collect stumbled out of the minibus stating he didn't feel well, but was clearly under the influence of something and by the his own admittance that he had taken the wrong medication. Either way legally should never have been behind the wheel but apparently there wasn't anyone else available. We weren't the only ones to notice his behaviour and unprofessional manner which also includes swearing as another family boarded a gentleman stated he thought the driver was drunk. Due to that incident I will never use In2 again

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We will be speaking to the driver who picked you up to understand what happened, but not one member of staff would be employed by ourselves if they were drunk or under the influence of anything. It has never been the case that this has ever happened in all our years of parking cars at Liverpool airport.

I have contacted in2carparks Liverpool multiple times, as I cancelled my booking and requested a refund but have had no response.

Thanks for your feedback. We will get out customer services team to look into this and contact you. Did you telephone us at the car park? If so, we would have sorted your cancellation request straight away for you.

Left our car fir 3 nights and returned to find car had a puncture. In2 tried to say it was a slow puncture and was there when we dropped car off. I explained we have tyre sensors and no warning lights on. When we saw car it was flat to the alloy and had obviously happened when moving car between sites and driven in it. Had to have new tyre and in2 said they would repair puncture but now not returning calls.

Thanks for your feed back. All cars remain on site for the duration of the booking. It would be very unlikely to get a puncture in our car park. We have been assisting with a puncture repair, but we are waiting to hear back from you.

Avoid! Booked then had to cancel entire holiday due to serious unforessen matters. Asked to cancel. Told..no refunds. Would not go bear this shower on principle now. Disgusted.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Our cancellation policy defines when refunds and credits are given. We wouldn't not refund in unforeseen circumstances.

We had to cancel a few days before, I emailed to request a cancellation and ask if there was a possibility of at least a partial refund. No response as of yet, 4 weeks later

Vehicle had a puncture. No keys for 2nd van 4 passengers had to go to airport in staff member’s fiesta 40 mins late.

My personal car mat was full of mud. Confusion with collection from airport. Mini bus dirty. Cheap parking, but nothings good. Service and facilities are zero

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I'll speak to the team that were working when you arrived back to the car park, as it should not have been confusing. Your car wouldn't have been full of mud fro us as the car park surface is either concrete or tarmac.

I could not find your place as instructions were unclear due to site and road works. I phoned 3 times and gave up after getting answerphone. Your efficient service cost me £130 extra in the airport car park.

People had to wait in the rain while a small mini bus ferried passengers… my car was blocked in when I got to the depot…. Guy in cabin didn’t know our flight and dropped a bunch of keys on the desk when we told him we were the Antalya’s flight….’ Is yours one of these’

Will never use again. Picked others up who called after us and left us waiting 45 mins at 11pm. Watching the transit come and go collecting others and not us was the last straw. They need more than 1 van. Also, you have to pay £5 extra to be dropped at the airport (and again the same to be picked up) otherwise the 'short'walk they say is actually a long trek. Complained when we finally got picked up and the guy just bad mouthed the company and his colleagues, terrible service will never use again no matter how cheap they are.

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, the official drop off point has been forced upon us by the airport. We will speak to the team that were working on your return as they should not be making you feel like you are receiving terrible service.

Customer service was poor. Dark, unlit, unmarked carpark with bad road surface. Was not informed prior to booking that car keys must be left with carpark owners. When this was queried the staff member became snappy. Had to leave and arrange alternative parking at the last minute. No refund has been offered.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. We make it clear that you have to leave your keys - like you do in most airport car parks. Cars are always kept safely on site.

the post code never took me to the car park, I couldn't find you at all and no one answered the call so ended up after paying you having to pay £90 because I hadn't pre-booked in main airport.

Bad directions to find it, drop off and pick up way to far from terminal, very little assistance with suitcases or getting in and out of high rised mini bus. Will not use again.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We find the that the directions are very accurate to the car park. Sadly, the drop off location is where Liverpool airport put it, we don't have any control over that, we wish it were closer to the terminal.

Booked our car into car park in Speke, Liverpool, as I had done numerous times before. We had early flight and had to be at the airport for 4am. We arrived, booked our car in and got on the bus to the airport, halfway to the airport the driver said to my husband that he will be dropping us off in a different place, he stated that it would be approx 3 minute walk, previously we had always been dropped off in the collection/drop off car park across the road from the main door to the airport. I told him that, that was not OK, my mum has mobility issues and needs special assistance, there was no way she could walk the distance, especially in the pitch black and torrential rain. The driver said to us ‘It will cost you a fiver then’, so we had no choice but to pay. On our return, we had very much a similar experience….. so not only had we paid for our car to be in their car park, we had to pay an extra £10 for car park fees, absolutely disgusted. The driver said on our return ‘do you want picking up or not, are you paying the fiver or walking to the pick up point?’ Previously, they asked for a nominal sum when you booked your car in, which was clearly stated on the email when you booked. The confirmation email for this latest trip did not state that we would be dropped off and would experience a walk of approx 3 mins (this would have given us the option to look for a car park that would drop us at the airport entrance), nor did the confirmation email say that we would have to pay £5 each way to get near the airport entrance. Needless to say after many years using this company, that experience will be our last

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that no one informed you of the option to drop off outside the terminal. This unfortunately has been something that has been forced on us by Liverpool airport. There are signs up about this at the car park and on the booking email. I will speak to the drivers who were working when you being transported to the airport as they should be friendly like normal. We do hope to see you again though and this one parking experience has been a one off out of all the times you have parked with us.
