My son booked Liverpool instead of Luton I was in hospital having a operation at the time when I came out I rang your receptionist & explained & was told I’ll get a refund I’m still waiting 🙏

Couldn’t find the car park at 4am. Phoned the site on 3 occasions and ansaphone each time. Eventually had to find another car park. Visited intu on return. Very arrogant owner, completely unhelpful. Says he hasn’t time to answer phone or emails. Incompetence at its best. Avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NEVER USE THIS SERVICE; advise everyone never to use in2 car parks. I had your colleague yelling at me on the phone - incredibly rude and aggressive, unacceptable. When I was dropped at the airport, right by the terminal, I was told that I would be picked up at the same place; when I arrived back I called the number provided, 15 mins later no one was there; I called back and had a person on the phone insulting and screaming at me saying that I was in the wrong place and that I had to pay 4 pounds if I wanted to pick be picked up there. I checked your reviews in google after this experience and understand this is not the first time people are insulted, with your personnel being aggressive to customers... I can only say that your service is a shame and hope people will not be drawn into your scam.

I booked my car in then refused soon as I paid that is was Liverpool instead of Newcastle...parently it happened to someone else too. I phoned straight away but lady was not in office , I sent number of emails no reply nearly 2 weeks later they refunded me minus £10 for paper work☹ did not think this was fair as it was noticed straight away.. money not even out of bank

Hi, thanks for your feedback. You had booked at the wrong airport, we are not sure how you managed to confuse our Liverpool airport with Newcastle airport. The booking was cancelled and refunded as soon as it was brought to our attention.

Very poor customer service. When I went to pick up my car I noticed that the car was hit. I reported the problem to the employee and I was told to call during the next week as there was no manager in at that time (it was on a Friday at midnight). I followed up with them and I was told very rudely on the phone that I should've taken pictures of every inch of the car before so now I have no proof that they hit my car and then hung up. Will not use them again and I suggest if you care about your car just park it somewhere else as they are clearly not interested in taking care of the customers and their possessions.

Decided not to park there in the end due to the negative feedback, particularly in relation to damage to cars and staff response.

Wasn't informed about 2 different pick up points, after 30 minutes of waiting with 2 small children was finally picked up but charged £4 in cash extra! It does not mention any of that when booking online also not many people use cash these days.

I was unable to find the car park with the post code provided and had to find alternative parking I e mailed in2caprparks regarding this and I am still awaiting a response I would never recommend

Unfortunately, when I returned from holiday, all the petrol had been siphoned out of my car and so it wouldn’t move.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, this would have not been the case in our car park. No way would any member of staff attempt to siphone petol out of any vehicle. To double check, we have reviewed the CCTV records which shows that no attempt was made to siphone petrol from your car.

My cars chassis was damaged. Bottom motor cover was ripped. I realised that when I was on motorway. I called them but it was too late for them because all damage must be reported right away. They must have known about it but they cowardly give me my car back damaged hopping that I won't notice and I didn't. I don't recomend that company.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. If there was any damage caused, which would be an extreamly rare event, we would of course have notified you. In our car park, there are no raised ironworks, or kerbs to drive over which would have caused damage to the underneath of your car. Looking at this image, this damage has not been caused in our car park and looks like it has been like that for a while. Please contact us if you want to discuss this further.

No longer dropped off or picked on airport have a very long walk due to increase costs of £1.00 parking on airport. We have used carpark for 12 years,nine times per year. No longer. very sad

Hi, thanks for your feedback. It's not just a £1.00 increase at the airport. We have tried for a long time to keep dropping off right outside the departure hall but we can no longer do it. If you want to be dropped off at the previous location outside the departure hall, please let us know when you arrive at reception and we can do this.

The transfer is too far from the terminal and for this service which was poor I would rather book the car park at the airport

Couldn’t find the park due to misleading information on the website reCredit Union building. Operative was very grumpy when asked for directions..said he had ‘too many other things to do.’ On return waited in the cold for 20 minutes having walked from airport. Operative said he couldn’t come as was fixing van door. Van was in very poor condition..front passenger door wouldn’t open.No help with bags or doors. Was charged £2 but operative couldn’t tell me what it was for as ‘ wasn’t there’. Wouldn’t dream of using your park again as it was all extremely embarrassing !

That is unlike our team and I will speak to the team that were on shift to understand why there were the issues as there should not have been. We have been parking cars at Liverpool airport for over 15 years and have always been proud of the service we provide customers with.

we been wait over 30min for bus at night after we contact that we arrived to collect point. we arrived first but he refused to take us first so we been waited for another transfer. Driver opened windows and on my request to close the windows because was freezing and windy on that day he's been very rude to us because is covid etc but 3 days ealier all windows been close and he saids that he doesn't believe in covid and vaccination.

Lot 6.02.2022. Miejsce spotkać zbyt daleko od terminalu. Musiałem czekać ponad 45 minut w deszczu i zimnie na odbiór z lotniska. Tylko 1 kierowca i 1 bus do obsługi wszystkich lotów które są bardzo blisko siebie to jakiś żart. Nawet niska opłata za parking nie jest warta takiego serwisu. Nie polecam.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately due to a couple of members of staff calling in last minute with Covid, it left us slightly short-staffed for a few hours. We appologise for the slight delay in your return to the car park, our free transfer service is very quick so you shouldn't have been waiting 45 minutes.

We were dropped off in one location by the airport but nobody told us we would be picked up from a different location . I called on four occasions and was told the driver was there to pick us up. He may well have been but as we did not know the location eventually we had the correct place communicated .So an hour after landing we get there only to find the van did not have enough space for the family so i went back to the depot and collected our car . So a shambles is how I would describe our experience

The driver should have mentioned exactly where to go for the pickup which would have spared you from this delay. We will check with the driver to make sure he always communicates this fully.
