I do not recommend, they give an address that is impossible to reach, they do not reply to emails, I had to leave the car on the street.

I'm sorry to say will not be getting from these people again. There were extra costs which were hidden when we got there and had to wait much longer than anticipated in the dark and cold. I wished I looked at reviews before I booked. The tiny amount of money I saved booking this place wasn't worth it at all.

Horrible horrible experience from start to finish. Didn't have baby chair even when my wife specifically left ours for them to use on return. Very very rude driver. Was driving on red lights with a 3yo and 5mo in the back of the van. Didn't pick up phone when we landed for 40+minutes so ended up waiting more than an hour. Would not recommend and would not use anymore.

Got charged an extra £5 when I parked my car. Didn't have a choice. Had to pay this fee. If I knew this before I booked it, Iwouldn't of used you.

When you get there and check in there’s an extra £5 charge to be dropped off in the “express bay” which they charge every customer but are only charged by each car. This shouldnt be an extra cost and especially not for each customer. Waiting times were very poor, especially after landing back at Liverpool airport. We waited 30 minutes in the rain because they only had 1 minibus running and over 30 passengers waiting to be picked up. A family next to us had been waiting almost an hour. When I picked up my car it was on the street away from the complex. When I pay for secure parking I expect it to be in a secure place not the street. Very disappointed with the service.

Only one shuttle bus and one estate car doing transfer to car park site from airport. There were 5 in our party so could only use the bus. Had to wait 1 hour for bus due to volume of people on our flight using in2carparks. No order of pick up either just all had to fight for bud when it came. Very disappointed

Got to the car park in the early hours of the morning with my family to be greeted by an older guy on the desk, I got the kids out of the car who then had to listen to a foul mouthed rant from him. Not the way to start the holiday which is why I didn't rise to it. On our return the car was ready although we had to wait some time for pick up as there was only one mini bus instead of the usual 2. The manner of the day people was a real contrast to when we collected the car but certainly won't be using them again Shame as Liverpool airport was well organised.

Very bad service waited 1 hour to be picked up from airport to car park. At the end we had to walk to car park never use again and avoid .

Turned up at 3am to drop car off, old man behind counter coughing into his hand, wiping snot on back of hand. Started to demand an extra £5 off every family due to Liverpool airport charging to drop off. However: 2 things on this, it's £5 per vehicle. And there is clear profiteering off this. Secondly, we had fully paid and had a screenshot of all paid, with FREE drop off and pick up on return. Clear mis selling in that case. I refused to pay and he became very hostile and argumentative. I still refused to pay. On return, pick up was fairly quick and no mention of the £5, which was clearly a scam by said old man. However our car was absolutely covered in bird lime. Truly covered, it was actually shocking. It has stained the paintwork. Very poor company and would not use after our experience even if free. Need to take a long hard look at yourselves.

Service is not as described on the website, you are not dropping your car at a car park but at an industrial unit, they then take it somewhere else unspecified to be parked for the duration of your trip. I was unhappy with this arrangement and requested a refund, which was refused.

Avoid if you don’t want any dents and/or scratches on your car. They take no responsibility for any loss or damage to your vehicle. I would use them if I had an old banger car because they are cheap, otherwise stay well away!! Also, they charge additional £5 cash for a bus transfer to the airport which is barely acceptable.

Firstly, the car got damaged. I KNOW those dents weren’t there when I parked it but how do we prove it? I didn’t photograph every inch of the vehicle as we parked as it was dark. They also demanded a £5 cash fee as apparently Liverpool now charges them to pick passengers up. Stated it was on their website which it most definitely isn’t. I checked inside their office and it explicitly states you only have to pay your parking fee and then nothing else. Why should customers pay any additional expenses? We had a contract you should honour. If fuel goes up do you add a fiver on too? It’s your business’ responsibility to absorb additional costs that become apparent after the contract is agreed or put your fees up going forward. Your little additional fee is against the law but I suppose you count on people just paying (like we did as it wasn’t worth an argument). I thought what cowboys have I paid here, I thought this was legit parking, double checked the website and they’re listed as an official partner of Liverpool airport! Avoid.

We were sent to incorrect car park, as instructed by In2carparks at drop off, and I even confirmed this with them on arrival. When we phoned again after 1/2 wait we were told to go elsewhere. When we arrived we were told to wait even longer because and I quote “our fault for going to the wrong place”. When I complained the manager simply sarcastically said do want me to fly you here. There was no hint of apology out civility. The service was cheap and so was the service. It takes nothing to be polite even when you’re busy. Will be happy to pay more for a better service in the future.

sad, I wrote e-mails about canceling my reservation five days before. No one responded and the money was lost. I do not recommend it.

Turned up at 3am no where to park the car with a pregnant wife 15month old baby then after 45 minutes of messing around just put the car anywhere did not want to miss the flight got charged a extra £10 airport charge that my booking said it was included would not ever use this company ever again on my return waited nearly a hour for the pick up transfer absolute joke especially at 1am in the morning my car was parked on the road round the corner from the park and ride they also lost the keys to someone else's car . Found a couple of scratches on my car when it was light too late then I drove the car home never again will I use this company

Had spare keys taken from the centre console, always keep them there for emergency. Luckily not for my property so my address is safe and I know this as my car cam recorded them getting in and searching, only on sound no actual visual proof, but you can tell

Unfortunatly can't give less than 1 starr. Absolutly disrespectfull and rude people , stay away, will not park there even if they pay me. Have been drop off behind car hire car park instead of airport drop off zone, and been told that pickup point is the same place. After phoning them after arival, weiting 20 minutes, phoning again, have been told I need to go to airport drop off point. Four of us with lauggage need to go back ( 10 minutes one way) so I have asked why they newer told me that pick up poinhnhas chenged ? no emails o txt, been told by rude guy that they do not have my f. email ??? I have book online and got confirmation via email so definitly they have it, but never bother, when I put my luggage in to my car still heard that guy shouting and swearing, what an attidude, no apologise just blaming you for everything. STAY AWAY , Do NOT USE

Definitely won’t use again was left in the pick up spot with no notification of change of pick up area until I had to make a second call only to be told I was to return to the terminal to be collected and pay an extra £5 for the privilege on top of what I had paid initially As the original pick up area was not accessible anymore which is not my fault as a customer!! The driver was then arrogant and extremely rude and said if we didn’t like it we would be left at the airport and have to walk back to the compound Your company shot have paid the fee at the terminal as you had committed to provide a service which fell short of expectations and on top of that on receiving my car back it was found to have mud on the carpet which certainly wasn’t the case when I dropped it off.
