Worst car park ever. 5 mins from airport took us 45 mins to get there. Staff not interested, one 8 seater mini bus, about 20 people rush for it, no order. Got dropped about 7 min walk from airport in the rain. NEVER AGAIN.

Drop of was fine pick up was a nightmare new pickup point was never told then waited nearly an hour to be picked up before giving up and getting an taxi to the office to get my car they tried to blame it on cancelled flights arriving this was 2 am and all flights are shown on the log

I'm not one for writing negative reviews, but feel I need to be honest with the company and potential customers. Drop off point too far from airport terminal, 10 min walk in the rain. Pick up was not good at all!! Again another 10 min walk, it was pouring down with rain, about 30 people waiting and only one 8 seater minibus, which was a 20 minute turnaround!!! So in the end some of us got a taxi and returned with our cars to collect the families. A poor show which is s shame as it has so much potential. Nothing like any of the airport park and rides we've used over the last 30 years at multiple airports. Sorry, but I'll never use this company again. For your sake guys, please sort out your customer service.

Drop off 6 minute walk from terminal. On return Car seat and steering column had been adjusted and not put back. Another 6 minute walk to shuttle bus in the dark in between parked cars on my own. I am an 83 year old lady and was quite scared. When speaking to manageress was treated very rudely and told I was nit picking and not to bother using them again. Dreadful company. Was told the next day that if I wanted to be dropped off at the front of terminal I had to pay another £5 at the depot. My son had had a similar bad experience with this company. Do not use them.. office manager needs to go on a customer service course.

Used in2 many times now and always been fine. Couldn't believe the amount of 1 star reviews until I tried to arrange pickup. Waited 45 minutes to be collected from the airport. Despite numerous phone calls to the office I was constantly told 'he's on his way' which I find hard to believe since it's a 3 minute drive back to their office. Waited so long I had to send my mother in law home in a taxi because it was so cold which defeated the whole object. Driver arrived, no clue there had been a delay. Back to office to pick up my keys, no apology. Just lost a regular customer.

Do not book with this company, very bad customer service. No reply to my email and for 3 days told there was no manager and to call back the next day.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Worst car park I have ever used, came back with my handle ripped off my car door and their response was “that was general wear and tear” “this could of happened anywhere” Will not take responsibility for their own mistake, door handle has been in exactly the same condition for multiple years and it’s come back broken after 4 days in this place. Absolutely shocking service all round.

Wouldn’t use this carpark again, staffs attitudes let them down made us wait 1.5 hours to be picked up at 1 in the morning freezing cold with children then when they did pick us up decided to have a rant making it out it was our fault we had to wait so long swearing in front of my kids. Absolutely would not recommend would rather pay a bit extra and park at the airport it’s self

AVOID! Worst service ever. The attitude is disgusting and the collection back left us sat for 30 mins at 2am even though they are a 5 min drive away. Car was parked behind 2 others and was unable to get it out until they dug through the box of mixed keys and I was told this was my fault!

We’ve used In2 for a number of years as this will be the last time. When we arrived at the car park we waited 20 minutes to get the car booked in. Once we had gotten on the shuttle bus that’s where the trouble started. The driver didn’t ask anybody if we wanted to be dropped at the terminal which cost £5 per vehicle to drop off. Usually the regular driver will ask and whoever is on the bus pays £1 each, that covers the £5 and the driver might make a couple of quid himself, fair enough. This driver who we’ve never seen before, asked for £5 per couple, which makes £20 as there was 4 couples onboard. 2 couples paid the £5 but ourselves and an older couple who’ve used in2 before refused, and offered £2 per couple. The driver went crazy in the drop off area, shouting, swearing and told us we would not be getting picked up on our return. Not the best start to a holiday but we still refused. If we had paid he would have made an extra £15 by ripping people off. We had already paid for the car park. When I emailed In2 I was told it was miscommunication! Anyway we will not be using them again, not worth the hassle!

Parked car with 05794.4 Mike's on clock. Took photo with date and time on. Took photo in return with date abd time on and mileage had gone done 0.2 miles to 05794.2 Mikle's. Car smelt of cigarettes. How can mileage go down unless someone has changed clock? I am concerned as to why mileage was Pick up staff very rude when rang fir lift back from airport. Dropped 200m away from actual terminal because driver didn't want to pay £5 entry.

Very Poor Customer Service,Took 4 times for them to answer the phone & then there Was 20 people waiting to be picked up at 3am & they send a mini bus that can only accommodate 4 people!!! Most people went & got a black cab that ended up costing £13. When Speaking to the guy behind the desk very poor attitude towards the situation & basically could not care less, Very poorly organised didnt know where the keys where, I could of literally given him any car reg & drove out of there with someone elses car. One Guy found his car on the road & they advise as secure parking which that is not! A lot of angry customers definetly will not be using again, check the reviews this is a regualr problem!!

Booked my car in and wanted to cancel my booking a day later. Sent emails and visited the site and didn't get any response so unfortunately they took my money for a booking i couldn't fulfill.

Everything was fine except we waited for 1 hour and 3/4 at the airport to be picked up and returned to the car park. I don't know what went wrong. We waited where we were dropped off across from the terminal entrance, which was where we were told to wait on our return. Why did I have to ring 3 times and wait so long with nowherre to sit down. I was exhausted and so thankful to sit in the car when we got back to it at last. I had not the energy to enquire what had happened. I have no desire to repeat that experience.

Worst carpark I've ever used. Rude staff, lied about breaking my car key which has cost me £30 to replace, stereo is broken and was fine when I dropped car off. Also had my prescription driving glasses stolen. Will never use again, avoid

Used previously a lot and not had any issues however after our last trip will not be using again! Waited 50 mins from our phonecall (leaving the terminal) to getting picked up with 2 calls in between. Standing in the freezing cold and gale force wind with 2 kids for this length of time is unacceptable!

Used a few times now and pick ups seem to take a lot longer than before. 40 mins stood in a bus shelter at 02.00 waiting for a minibus not ideal. Only two mini buses on that night with lots of pick ups.

Not impressed with the return service from the airport. They had no idea we returning on the date we booked. On arrival we were met with a man on the floor under the count at the office looking for an other clients car keys. Huffing and puffing saying we weren't due till the next morning The filing system is an absolute joke. I have never seen a more disorganised office. Hundreds of keys just thrown into the plastic boxes Then the attitude of the men was disgusting as if it was our fault.that we had returned on the wrong day. Also when we booked the parking we were not told that we would have to walk about a quarter of a mile to the terminal. My husband and I have mobility issues anyway and the fact that it was raining wasnt making the walk to and from the airport any easier. I can say I will NOT be recommending your service to anyone in the future. I'm my opinion you need a reboot on your office management and you need more people on site.

Was deemed unfit to fly by doctors as a result of an accident that happened to me a week before the flight. Emailed them a few days prior to see if we could cancel parking at all. No reply whatsoever, customer service non-existent.
