Bad directions to find it, drop off and pick up way to far from terminal, very little assistance with suitcases or getting in and out of high rised mini bus. Will not use again.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We find the that the directions are very accurate to the car park. Sadly, the drop off location is where Liverpool airport put it, we don't have any control over that, we wish it were closer to the terminal.

Booked our car into car park in Speke, Liverpool, as I had done numerous times before. We had early flight and had to be at the airport for 4am. We arrived, booked our car in and got on the bus to the airport, halfway to the airport the driver said to my husband that he will be dropping us off in a different place, he stated that it would be approx 3 minute walk, previously we had always been dropped off in the collection/drop off car park across the road from the main door to the airport. I told him that, that was not OK, my mum has mobility issues and needs special assistance, there was no way she could walk the distance, especially in the pitch black and torrential rain. The driver said to us ‘It will cost you a fiver then’, so we had no choice but to pay. On our return, we had very much a similar experience….. so not only had we paid for our car to be in their car park, we had to pay an extra £10 for car park fees, absolutely disgusted. The driver said on our return ‘do you want picking up or not, are you paying the fiver or walking to the pick up point?’ Previously, they asked for a nominal sum when you booked your car in, which was clearly stated on the email when you booked. The confirmation email for this latest trip did not state that we would be dropped off and would experience a walk of approx 3 mins (this would have given us the option to look for a car park that would drop us at the airport entrance), nor did the confirmation email say that we would have to pay £5 each way to get near the airport entrance. Needless to say after many years using this company, that experience will be our last

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that no one informed you of the option to drop off outside the terminal. This unfortunately has been something that has been forced on us by Liverpool airport. There are signs up about this at the car park and on the booking email. I will speak to the drivers who were working when you being transported to the airport as they should be friendly like normal. We do hope to see you again though and this one parking experience has been a one off out of all the times you have parked with us.

My journey was cancelled. With weeks of advanced notice I requested either a refund or credit note. I didn't even receive a reply. They are a cowboy outfit. Don't use them. There are many legitimate companies to pick from so go elsewhere for your peace of mind.

We were dropped off a long way from the Airport my wife has respiratory problems, we were told to ask to be collected nearer the terminal on our return at a cost of £4, this we did and it did not happen another long walk.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. You should have been collected from the terminal if you had requested this. Sadly, the official drop off point at the airport is Liverpool airports decision. We agree it is far, that is why we offer the option to be dropped at the terminal for the cost of the entry barrier fee.

We had an issue with the booking due to the email saying we had booked a day later than we were supposed to. This was resolved by the car park allowing us to still attend a day early but had very rude customer service on the phone and in person when we arrived. They were rude about letting us use the toilet and I am cutrently 7 months pregnant so did not appreciate this. After the rudeness they got me to sun to say we were leaving the car but upon return I phoned them to say we had landed off our flight. A male answered and was extremely rude saying he didn’t have time to speak but had no car of ours which they clearly did. He said our car keys weren’t there and to just get on the bus and sort it when we got back to the car park. When we arrived he said we had told them our flight returned at 3 in the evening when our booking and in person we confirmed was 3 in the morning they argued it was all our fault and we’re very abrupt. Also whilst going to and from the airport on their shuttle bus they drive very erratic and unsafe which wasn’t acceptable in any case but also could quite clearly see I was pregnant and I did not appreciate this as I felt I was at risk! We will not use the service again!

Booked this carpark and 2 days later my flight changed from Liverpool to Manchester. I immediately called to cancel the carpark and they would not give me my money back! Will never use!

Absolutely appalling service i called ahead of my arrival to double check the meeting arrangements was greeted with a horrible screaming and shouting man insulting me down the phone was so shocked and even frightened to park my car with this company that i rebooked with liverpool airport direct how this company can employee such unprofessional people is beyond me zero stars if i could leave them

Not happy, dent left on my car by other vehilce doors… plus long wait for bus to get us delivered back to car park.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. There is a short walk, a few minutes from where we drop you off to the actual terminal. This is the same for all the car parks at Liverpool airport.

On return from holiday I phoned and said we were out of airport and they would be there in 10 .I minutes half an hour later nothing. I phoned again and they said we were in the wring place they gad been once dint believe them we stood where we were dropped off. Won't be using you again

Hi, thanks for your feedback. As soon as you call to say you are at the drop off point, we then set off from the car park to the airport. It takes around 5 / 10 mins if our buses are at the car park to get to you. When busy, the buses are constantly running to and from the airport so you shouldn't have been waiting that long.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Every booking that goes through the website receives a confirmation of booking. We are also not aggressive people and have been parking cars for over 16 years at Liverpool airport for thousands of happy customers.

We have used your service for many years and have always been satisfied with both the service and the cost. However, as a couple in our seventies we did nothing t appreciate having to drag our suitcases a 10 minute walk from the drop off point to the airport. Happily, it wasn’t raining. I would rather pay the extra small fee than have that walk.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have had to change the parking location at the airport. It wasn't a decision we took lightly. On request as sign posted in reception, we can take you to the main terminal for a small extra fee.

I rung up to explain my holiday had been cancelled and was told I couldn’t have a refund, After I had emu and didn’t receive a replyI won’t be using this car park again after I used them for 6 years, the holiday cancellation was out of my control. I should of been entitled to my money back

Dropping the car off and being transferred to the airport was fine. At that point, I would have rated 4 or even 5 stars. We were dropped at a convenient spot for the terminal. However, coming back was totally different. We walked for what seemed approximately three quarters of a mile or so, with virtually no signage, to find drop off zone 2. We had to get directions from a helpful car hire firm, as there was no one else around. We, of course, had luggage with us and no real pavement to walk on. I could not believe the different experience to our outward journey. Had I known this pickup would be so remote, I never would have booked with you. After a long day, this was very tiring, particularly as I am 76 and my wife somewhat younger. Very disappointed.

I left the car for 3 weeks. and when I returned, I found the car hit, the front bumper was broken. It was Saturday, and the gentleman at the front desk told me to come back on Monday. I never came back.
