“Couldn’t find the car park at 4am. Phoned the site on 3 occasions and ansaphone each time. Eventually had to find another car park. Visited intu on return. Very arrogant owner, completely unhelpful. Says he hasn’t time to answer phone or emails. Incompetence at its best. Avoid at all costs.”

“Just found a little scratch at the rear bumper but the rest was excellent, quick pick up and drop off, 5 minutes walk from the terminal.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, this is the airport's official drop off / collection location. We can drop you off closer to the terminal if required, which can be arranged when you arrive at the car park.

“Used in car every time I’ve flown from Liverpool,nice lads ,good quick transfers -only complaint—sort the shared toilet out ,very unpleasant experience indeed ,both foreman’s the wife ,upgrade needed asap”

“Arrived at carpark and met by friendly staff who took us to the airport. When we returned they again collected us and were really friendly! Will be using again! Also, great value for money.”

“Very easy to find the location. Instantly taken to the airport from the car park. Friendly drivers there and back. Driver was already waiting when we had landed. No issues with how our car was looked after.”

“Excellent service. Drop off and pick up were faultless - couldn’t have been better. On return called the number and transfer arrived in the time it took to walk to the pick up. Would certainly use again.”
