“Brilliant service. Arrived back in Liverpool at 11.30pm. A quick call and they we're there to pick us up in 5 minutes with car ready and waiting. Great service. Thankyou”

“We were not Happy with having to walk a long distance to the terminal as we are both in our 70's. Will not use again if this is the same in the future.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have been forced to have to change the drop off location. We can drop you outside the terminal if you prefer, there is just an additional charge of £4 for this. In future, when you arrive at the car park, if you let reception know that you want to be dropped at the terminal and we will of course drop you off there.
