“All good, paid a little extra due to new system to be dropped off right outside the airport...but well worth it, no walking ! Bus was there when we arrived at pick up point right outside airport arrivals and taken 5 mins (at most) back to car park. All good, will use again.”

“Used this service for first time ...was very anxious about handing keys over not knowing what would happen to car But when I got back it was in perfect condition as I left it The transfer to/from airport was quick and comfy”

“Excellent service from In2CarParks. Super helpful on arrival, had all our details ready. A mini bus was ready to take us to the airport. On arrival back, I rang them and they advised a driver was on his way. Picked us up no problem and our car was there ready for when we arrived. Definitely will use again. Thanks”

“We was extremely dubious about using a strange carpark even though this firm had come with a high recommendation. It was a very well organised operation with really friendly helpful chaps there. We fly every 6 wks and we will now only ever use this company, cannot recommend enough folks x”

“The toilets cat car par are tucked away in a shipping container and one of the worst I've had to use just thankful I didn't need to sit down. Car wasn't ready to drive away on return.”

“Not good .Drivers Didn't know who to pick up.Over 1hr wait.Some people rather verbal not in a good way.Drvers need who and how many when they collect to stop any friction.”

“Had spare keys taken from the centre console, always keep them there for emergency. Luckily not for my property so my address is safe and I know this as my car cam recorded them getting in and searching, only on sound no actual visual proof, but you can tell”

“It worked ok but picking up late at night was chaotic in that there was only one member of staff and there was a queue with some customers getting irate. I suggest two staff minimum to sort issues out ay busy times. Not being able to take card payments for the £5 extre charge is also annoying. Place is a mess, it doesn't look professional - give it a tidy up!”

“There was confusion on the way back. I was told that we would need to go to where we were dropped off in the airport. When we returned from our holiday, I called the company to say we were ready to be picked up for the transfer from the airport to the carpark. I was told to go to the drop off point as originally instructed. However, the drop off point had changed since the previous day and this was not properly explained to me. This reulted is un waiting in the incorrect place for about 45 minutes despite phoning the company 3 times to ask where they were. They never phoned me once to check where we were waiting. After finally walking back to the airport, the minibus picked us up. It was therefore over an hour before we wer back in the car park. My husband was really stressed!”

“Great directions. Easy check in. Shuttle to airport was waiting once checked in. Good explanation as to where they would pick you up. Are awaiting once back at car park. Check in and drive away.”
