“1st drop off was fine as bus was waiting, dropped off in short stay car park(but an extra £5 was charged). On return a 10-15 wait for return bus, but was no problem as it wasn't raining. Overall good value for money for yes I would use again.”

“Overall a good service but was quite disappointed with the £5 charge to drop off at the airport. They say this is because the airport now charge to drop off, but they take £5 from every booking, and they take multiple bookings across in the same shuttle, so there’s definitely something not right here/extra money being made. I’ll probably park elsewhere next time.”

“Asking for cash when you arrive to access the drop off car park. First your told of this from a hand written sign. Fair enough the car park does charge but its once per vehicle so they are clearly taking cash of multiple people but paying once themselves. No mention at booking on website. AVOID”

“We were sent to incorrect car park, as instructed by In2carparks at drop off, and I even confirmed this with them on arrival. When we phoned again after 1/2 wait we were told to go elsewhere. When we arrived we were told to wait even longer because and I quote “our fault for going to the wrong place”. When I complained the manager simply sarcastically said do want me to fly you here. There was no hint of apology out civility. The service was cheap and so was the service. It takes nothing to be polite even when you’re busy. Will be happy to pay more for a better service in the future.”

“Good service, the only gripe I have is that we went told at point of booking that we needed to pay £5 for drop off and pick up. Not a problem but luckily we had cash with us when we don’t normally. We struggled to find it using sat nav but I rung and the lady on the phone helped us straight away.”

“As previously mentioned in other reviews in2 Car parks will get you to hand over £5 cash when you hand in your car key at their office.This is to drop you off In the airport short stay car park by the yellow submarine. This expense should be included or built into their pricing structure, as the service they provide states drop off and pick up at Liverpool airport. Just be aware to have an extra £5 cash with you (miss selling) The driver informed me that they can no longer drop you off anywhere else! As also previously mentioned in other reviews, I unfortunately arrived back at 01.30hrs in the morning and experienced the obligatory 30 minute wait for courtesy transit mini bus to arrive. I wasn't the first out of the airport being a family of 4, so it was already busy collecting and dropping off existing in2 carparks customers and of course It was lightly raining. It would be nice if they had more than 1 minibus also the driver didn't assist with loading/unloading of cases from the vehicle, he actually made sure he took a wide berth from you to ensure he didn't get involved. My vehicle had done 0.65miles by the time I returned to it, so they obviously park it elsewhere and shuffle vehicles about. Pleased to report my vehicle wasn't covered in seagull muck on my return which had been highlighted by other reviewers. The online booking form needs an Overhaul as it doesn't ask you your flight no. and then on the booking confirmation it states flight no. not supplied, emailed my flight number but got no reply or confirmation. All this said I would use in2 Car parks again as it is good value for money.”

“Turned up at 3am no where to park the car with a pregnant wife 15month old baby then after 45 minutes of messing around just put the car anywhere did not want to miss the flight got charged a extra £10 airport charge that my booking said it was included would not ever use this company ever again on my return waited nearly a hour for the pick up transfer absolute joke especially at 1am in the morning my car was parked on the road round the corner from the park and ride they also lost the keys to someone else's car . Found a couple of scratches on my car when it was light too late then I drove the car home never again will I use this company”

“Service was OK but I was quite surprised to be charged an additional £5 by the company so the bus could get entry into the drop off area. It would probably be better just to increase the cost by £5 as it was only chance I had a fiver on me.”

“Had a great experience. Both transfers on departure and arrival were quick. Only 5 mins drive from the airport. Very reasonable price for the service you get. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.”
