**CAR DAMAGE** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! met by a very rude man at 3am in the morning demanding an extra £3 who barked at me when I didn’t have change. Transported in a van meant for maximum of 8 but squeezed 2 extra people in. Worst thing is DAMAGE TO MY CAR ON RETURN. Some sort of green paint over the rear of my car and scratches on my bumper. I only noticed this as I parked up at the petrol station nearby. Called up and was told manager would call back after inspecting CCTV. Needless to say no phone call back. After checking reviews on this company I found other people had damaged vehicles. Absolute COWBOY company.

The shuttle drivers are also dealing with customers service which is unacceptable. When you phone they are busy and you will get told that they will phone you back...never happened. Tried to change the booking but I couldn't so I lost money. It might be cheap(ish) but one is getting exactly that

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We have both drivers and office staff that deal with customer services. We will always allow a customer to change a booking that they have made.

Rude people working there, hidden £3 fee when you arrive and then they get annoyed when you don’t have it! About to go abroad and expected to have a pocket full of quids.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The £3 fee is optional as stated in the booking confirmation email. We will speak to the team that were working when you arrived at the car park, please accept our apologies if you found them rude, this shouldn't be the case and we don't have any rude people working at our car park.

Waited 45 mins for pick up told would be 5-10. Apparently he'd been around before but no identification on mini bus. Was told I should know which one I got in when I left at 4am in the pitch black!

Hi, thanks for your feedback. When we receive a call from a customer to say they are at the collection point, one of our drivers comes around straight away. When they arrive at the airport, they also call out the car park name to help not missing anyone who might not be waiting at the correct point of collection outside the terminal.

the worst service I've ever had. I was told that I would be taken to the airport and when I return I will contact them and they will approach in 5 minutes. but it wasn't like that when I came back I called and said to come to the airport, they told me it was coming in 5-7min. but I waited 1 hour and after many calls that did not answer the phone I took a taxi and went to the car parking, and the parking was closed and I had to wait another 10 minutes for the parking to open to take my car! dislike for this parking and arrogance with customers

Hi, thanks for your feedback. As soon as you call us to say that you have cleared passport control and have got your luggage, we come straight to the collection point with is between 5 - 7 minutes. The driver will also call out the car park name to make sure no one is missed. The car park is open 24 hours a day so there would have been someone there to meet you when you arrived at the car park.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The car park is very visible from the road, with a big sign outside too. Sat nav's don't seem to have any issues with the postcode / address either.

I didnt park my car there, your reviews by the many are absolutely atrocious.i took my business elsewhere.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We have been parking cars at our car park for over 15 years in Liverpool and have many many satisfied customers, many who return to park their car with us every time they fly from Liverpool airport.
