“The initial inspection was cancelled on the very morning and with no plausible explanation and was therefore delayed a week and no doubt inconvenienced our sellers. However when the report was eventually received it was very. Clear and informative”

“Good value, quick responses and great service. Surveyor called before the assessment to check it there was anything specific I wanted to be assessed. Report came in quickly (within a few days) and was detailed enough to raise up the relevant points to my solicitor. Thanks.”

“Good clear delivery system for the report however: No photos Committed to iMyHome based on assurance that the survey would be done that week and was assigned to following week. In fairness to the sales guy this was then corrected once I complained.”

“The report came back after only 3 working days, and I was able to be given an earlier appointment for the survey. It is a shame there is no picture to accompany the report for the issues flagged.”

“I thought I would try an online surveyor for a rental property I was purchasing. The process was very quick, simple and the survey itself carried out within a week of my ordering it. You can access the system online to track progress which was really useful. My survey was emailed directly to me and was extremely comprehensive. I definately would use this service again and it had the added bonus of being less expensive than a traditional high street surveyor.”

“Great service - competitive pricing (cheapest I found !), and easy to use platform The only reason I'm not putting this 5 stars is because the appointment for the survey was booked once, and then rescheduled a week later, so it actually took a bit of time before getting completed.”

“Excellent service received from iMyHome. From the initial phone call to book a survey & to having a surveyor come round & then receiving my report was less than a week. Would recommend. Cheaper than a lot of surveying companies I called. As a first time buyer I was unsure if to get a survey done, I'm glad I used iMyHome for my survey took a weight off my mind. I wasn't wasting my money in purchasing this property.”
