I thought I would try an online surveyor for a rental property I was purchasing. The process was very quick, simple and the survey itself carried out within a week of my ordering it. You can access the system online to track progress which was really useful. My survey was emailed directly to me and was extremely comprehensive. I definately would use this service again and it had the added bonus of being less expensive than a traditional high street surveyor.
