“Within minutes of talking to my mortgage advisor, she suggested your service, I had a phone call and various emails from prospective agents, willing to carry out a RICS Home Buyers Survey. I chose McCarthy they were efficient and organised and within 8 days the service had been booked and the survey sent through the post. Would certainly recommend this service”

“Survey was easily arranged and completed as per schedule and to a fixed price. The report was concise and highlighted minor repairs that we were able to get the seller to complete prior to exchanging contracts. The repairs would have cost us more than the survey, showing the value of having one conducted. Photographs were provided that were helpful in explaining the problems encountered and the surveyor also took the time to give us a verbal report on the day of the survey. Well worth while.”
