“I booked my homebuyers report through iMyHome and it was a very good experience. Initial booking was quick and easy, the portal allows you to keep an eye on what's happening and the staff are quick to respond to queries. The report took a few days longer than I had hoped (they cited 5-7 working days - and it was the max amount of time) but I was aware it could take this long. I am aware the company can arrange for a quicker survey if you pay a bit extra too. The company who undertook the survey provided a detailed and informative report. I would book again through imyhome.”
