“The company responded to my request for quote by phone and by email. They were were keen to serve me and made sure I the product was suitable for my need. They updated me on progress from setting up meeting with Estate Agent to completion of the survey. The report came to me in good time and the report provided advice to help make informed decision about the property I want to buy. Very pleased and I will use them again. Onyekwelu Obika”

“Amazingly quick. A surveyor was out in 48 hours and provided me with the report the same day. A very detailed report just gave my girlfriend and I the information we needed to make a decision about the property. When I called to discuss the report in detail they were vere informative and happy to help. Would definitely use the service again.”

“Everything was so quick and easy. Competitive rates.They sorted out everything through the estate agent. On time for the appointment. Quick out of the blocks with the report which was quite comprehensive. What I liked best was that before the survey, the surveyor called me to see if there was anything particular I would like her to look into. Very satisfied. I will use them again.”

“I needed a home survey when most of the surveyors were on summer holiday.I was lucky to get an appointment from a cancellation. Mortimer &Co were professional ,described accurately the problems with the property and provided the report in 3-4 days. instead of getting an estate agent recommendation better use and independent accredited service.Thank you”

“Great service all round, very impressed with the speed that my survey was dealt with. Also the surveyor was very approachable emailed me before he did the survey to see if I had any concerns about the property I was buying and spoke after the survey was complete. Would use again if needed.”
