“Service was very professional, great online portal supported by knowledgable and understanding agents/account handlers. “iMyHome were very efficient and easy to use. I was recommended by a family member and glad I used them! I had a phone conversation first and the gentleman on the phone was beyond helpful and broke everything down so I understood fully what would happen. Great for a first time buyer like myself!”

“So simple, quick and efficient to use. Price was the cheapest from 8 quotes with the survey visit arranged within a week. Report delivered within 10 days of booking. Survey detail was great for giving an overview of potential issues and whilst I have had to have further survey specialists, the report provided a great start as to the true condition of the property.”

“Very reasonable prices for surveyors and very knowledgeable and helpful. First surveyor iMyHome booked didn’t contact me or do anything for two days (it turned out they were unavailable and shouldn’t have taken the booking), but when I phoned up iMyHome to query it they were very speedy at finding an alternative surveyor. Would use again.”

“They were very efficient. They originally booked a date 2 weeks away for my survey. When I asked them to bring it forward they couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient at doing so. It ended up being less than a week later - so I was very impressed.”

“THE SURVEY WAS ARRANGED VERY QUICKLY AND THE REPORT WAS SENT BY EMAIL AND A HARD COPY BY POST IN LESS THAN A WEEK WHICH WAS GREAT.IT WAS THOROGH AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND ENABLING ME TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT MY PURCHASE WHICH IS NOW ALMOST COMPLETE.”
