“Very helpful on phone as I am a novice at property developing. Homebuyer Report booked and received a copy within 2 days and was expecting at least a week....spoke to the surveyor on the phone and he was great with advice. Would highly recommend and use again”

“iMyHome gave me the cheapest quotes for my valuation - cheaper than going direct to the company that eventually did my valuation through iMyHome! They were easy to use, I did everything online and received regular updates. I was able to obtain a range of quotes and check exactly what my report would cover, enabling me to choose the right survey product for my needs. There was no attempt to persuade me to go for anything more expensive or choose a different option. I was able to speak to someone regarding my case and found the person I spoke to polite, helpful and easy to deal with. I was so pleased with the overall service I have used them for a second time.”

“Dissatisfied with my survey on my property, it raised a significant number of red flags and when I asked a builder to come and look at the work he found the report to be highly inaccurate and the flags that it raised were general issues that arise with old properties but my property currently didn’t show any signs of these issues including damp and woodworm. The builder put my mind at ease after the report caused me a lot of stress and concern unnecessarily. I would not use this company again as I couldn’t trust their service now. The builder also questioned how they managed to report on the loft space When there was no evidence anybody had been in the loft the week before he came our due to the number of cobwebs and debris he had to shift to get in.”

“Good morning had my report back regarding my survey on tor avenue 'had 4,5 red alerts not to concerned about them ' I'll soon have them fixed .the over all report I thought was very good well satisfied would highly recommend to some one I know .it may be an idea if your surveys could carry a gas and electric key with them so the can gain excess to out side boxes .glad I chose your company many thanks mr lawto”
