“Very poor service provided, we received a below par Homebuyers Report from Pewter Partnerships Surveyors and iMyHome acting as a post box service were very unhelpful and unwilling to respond to our disappointment and frustration at what they had commissioned for us. They seem willing to use sub-par surveying practices... you get what you pay for!”

“Been waiting for my survey for so long I have had to cancel and go else where. This has caused a delay and I have been told by the company that it can take 2 weeks for a refund. Why? It took 30 seconds for them to take my money. Very disappointing. Stay clear to avoid stress and delays.”

“IMyHome was good as a platform, sorted the survey quickly and answered queries etc. The surveyor they recommended though didn't do a very good job, too little info in the survey, lazy comments that were too general so as a buyer we don't have enough specific info to action some things, and when we got a second specialist surveyor he said basically it wasn't needed and the recommendations were 'cut and paste'. So we wasted money and feel let down. We also asked some question about the report and the answers were the same, lazy, unspecific, basically they couldn't care less. So I thought imyhome was saving me time and more convenient but in the end I wouldn't use again, I would check out local surveyors myself so I could choose who does my job.”

“I used the Get A Quote option on the iMyHome website. It was really simple to use and the price was very reasonable. I telephoned the next day after receiving a reminder of the quote by email and paid for the survey I required by card. I was put in touch with the contact who would be carrying out my survey quickly and everything went very smoothly. Updates were provided along the way, I always knew what was going on so I am very happy to recommend iMyHome”

“The platform books you a surveyor who you would never normally do business with. It's not an experience I would recommend. Do your research and go with someone with good reviews. Not this platform, which basically fills the job with a terrible surveyor who won't give you any real information about the property you are purchasing.”

“The survey was simple and quick to arrange - the price was exceptionally good for a standard homebuyer survey level 2. Customer service on requesting the survey from Harry was spot on, and the survey was carried out promptly and efficiently. I was contacted by Alex, the surveyor, the next day who took the time to talk me through the report, highlighting level 3 issues. Report had good pictures and explanations of potential issues. She was excellent, thorough and clear. Would highly recommend their services. Portal could be better but a minor thing with everything else being excellent.”
