“I wanted to take a moment to thank crystal mcgowan. Firstly we had some complications with the online teams meeting link & she sorted it out immediately. We then had a conversations she really listened and understood the issues & explained eveything I needed to do & know. She had patience & made sure I understood eveything I needed to know before the end of the conversation. I look forward to working with her some more. “Absolutely the worst experience I had with any firm in my life, costing my and my partner extreme level of stress and money. The handling of my case was not just slow but egregiously inefficient, resulting in months of wasted time. Despite paying a substantial fee, I received almost nothing in return, with no tangible progress or support. The case worker assigned to my matter, Reina, showed an extreme lack of concern and commitment, leaving me without a response for weeks despite multiple followups. When I was able to get some sort of response or interaction, it was often condescending and patronising, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction. I filed a complaint with them at the end, which took months to resolve. They often gave me wrong information and didn't seem honest. Getting my money back was hard, and the final offer was too low. But I was so tired of dealing with them, I just accepted it to end things.”
