This was the worst experience I have had.
I spoke to Kieran, who told me I only had to pay a flat fee of 150 pounds and I could ask for as much advice as possible to help with my online visa application. This is not true, they do hit you with additional costs, 1500 pounds to be exact. This is a lie.
Not only was this a bad experience, their telephone calls cut off while you are talking and their payment systems don't work. Absolutely shocking and a scam as far as I am concerned.
