Easy to arrange, and a wonderful charity, bur when I told the driver there were breakable items in the bags, he continued to just throw them into the back. I would use again for ease, but even when I warned him, it did not seem to matter. Now feel like some of those items should not have been sent if they are treated like that. Next time I will only be sending soft items.
