its is quick an efficient. I am just unsure of how my bags when collected are then sold and the funds go to my chosen charity. The bags for mixed charities are all together in the van but somehow there all allocated to a person's preferred charity. I do write my charity on the bags hoping it helps. Its just nice to know my personal things are going to the desired destination.
