“Very happy. Choice of charities. Easy to book and kept informed about collection times regularly on the day. Also option to leave on doohickey you have to go out so no need to rearrange. Drivers always helpful and friendly. Have used many times and highly recommend.”

“I have used I collections several times from several addresses the collection guys are always polite and friendly - however I always find the Van is virtually full when it reaches me, to the the point where I have to make another appointment- the time slots given are always hit and miss but I understand this, due to problems such as lack of drivers and last minute problems like breakdowns etc - but they do keep you informed and try to accommodate as best they can - I hope my donation makes sufficient money for the GSK”

“I put outside a neatly new bed with mattress which wasn't collected. I have donated 9 bags of good quality clothing along with 2 bags of shoes and handbags. However another charity is coming to collect the bed on Saturday so no worries. I jwould have appreciated you telling me if you weren't going to collect the bed.”
