“Very helpful and organised company. I've used them twice now and it's so simple to arrange pickup of donations right from the start. Simply email and arrange a day and time suitable and icollect reply to confirm date, and always turn up at time expected. Really good that they're willing to collect the bags from your front door so no waiting in etc Thanks for the pickup today”

“What is the point leaving a message for where the bags will be left if the driver doesnt read it luckly i was just about to go out when he turned up otherwise they wouldnt have been collected”
