We can collect your clothes donation from your home or your place of work, and your used/unwanted items will help raise funds for charities. Your chosen charity will receive £200 for every tonne of clothes collected.

“Working for the NHS - hence my choice charity. I have never been stared wrong with collections. They collect promptly and leave me more bags. I have never been told that my donations are not relevant or unwanted.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish , and whilst I know it stops clothes going to the landfill, thats all I know, so could someone enlighten me as to what happens to the clothes once they leave us? Are they going to a massive weigh in where it so many kgs for X- amount of money, or are they taken to a fair/ bootsale and sold seperatly? Where do they go? Thankyou .”

“Used this company many times. Absolutely wonderful collection guys. Always collect on. Chosen day and with in time frame, glad I found them and will continue to use. Such worthy charities and if it helps raise money then why not give them a shout.”

“TERRIBLE. The driver from iCollectClothes came by and instead of going to my door (3ft away) where I was waiting with the clothes, they just took my neighbours' bag personal bag and left. They have NO tracking system so her things are now gone, including highly sentimental jewelry from her childhood. I tried calling about 6 times with no answer, when I finally did get to speak to someone they were incredibly unhelpful and had 0 accountability to their terribly flawed system with a high risk of error. The woman on the line did not care that the driver just took random bags, said it happens occasionally, and they have no way of tracking anything. Terrible customer service, very poor management AND since there is no tracking, the money from the clothes sales definitely don't go to your chosen charity. I was basically told that if there was anything resembling a donation in the vicinity (including personal deliveries) they can get taken and there's no way of getting it back. It's basically theft and they don't care.”

“I’ve always used iCollect Clothes for my charity donations and continue to be impressed by their service. I recently moved from London to the Midlands and was pleased to find out they still collect in my new area. The process is always smooth, reliable, and easy to arrange. It’s a great way to support charity while decluttering. I would definitely recommend using them!”
