“iCollectClothes is the most excellent company. This is the third time that we have used them. They email the time of arrival, always turn up within the time frame and the collectors are very friendly and helpful. Can't praise them enough. A big thank you.”

“Left clothes out visibly at the end of the path. Got a message within the time window to say that someone had tried to collect / and call me but was unsuccessful. To be fair, I looked at the phone number on the booking and I had typed a digit incorrectly but I cannot understand why a) they didn't just pick up the bags or b) they didn't knock on the door of our house as we were in. Have to re-book collection.... altogether more difficult than it should be.”
