“Incredible service! We’re moving house and had so many things that were no longer useful to us, but would be to someone else. The delivery drivers helpfully took away so many bags and boxes. Would most definitely recommend if clearing out. Fantastic.”

“Excellent service! I have used twice now for unwanted garments/household items etc They email exactly when they are going to collect. On both occasions I left bags outside house and they were collected exactly as emailed. I love the fact that they will be going to a good cause and charity.”

“This is the third or fourth time I have used icollectclothes, so I am obviously a very happy customer. The driver was not at all daunted by boxes of books and bags full of clothes, linen and shoes. Well done! Excellent service, as always.”

“The driver was so helpful with all the heavy stuff ,respectful and very polite. My kids grown-up and I got lots of toys and clothes. This charity is so easy that we can book a slot for pick up stuff from home. I don't drive and it was so hard to take this to charity shop.”

“Prompt service quick reply to initial email. 2 dates given which were convenient they then said what day they would come. Email night before pickup with time slot arrived within said slot . I left bag by my door chap then just took them, if your not in they just take them. Excellent service will definitely use again & recommend”

“This is the 3rd time I have used them and they have been great again. The bags were taken from outside our house at 8am on the dot as planned. The only problem is that every time I arrange collection the earliest they can come is 10 days to 2 weeks which is a very long wait. Today it was after 10 days. Otherwise excellent service and would definitely use again. Have recommended to my family and friends.”

“Excellent service..I like the fact that you get an email for collection date and time and update if anything changes. So happy my clothes will go to a charity of their choose.. I.just left my bags outside my front door on the choosen time and there were collected. Excellent will use again”
