“This service worked very well for me, I requested collection, they advised when they would collect with good notice and collected within the time stated which was fab. Great in that I get to donate to a good cause as well as have it collected. Win Win!”

“It was very straight forward. Requested collection on line, received phone call to say date to be collected followed by email to confirm and collected on time specified. Friendly driver all very efficient. If there was a problem received a phone call and rescheduled collection for following day or when suited me. Excellent. Will certainly be using again as I don’t drive and find taking to charity shop difficult.”

“The idea of the service is very good, but the actual reality of the pickup doesn't work very well. The night before (quite late), they told me when my collection person would be coming - the time didn't work for me as I was going to be on work calls, so I left all of my bags with reception and sent collection instructions to the email address as advised by iCollect. However, none of the instructions were followed, I was interrupted during my work meetings several times with calls from iCollect, and ultimately had to go down and collect the bags from reception myself and hand them over to the driver (who hadn't even asked the reception for the bags as I told them to do during the several calls already made earlier in this exchange), and had to leave in the middle of a meeting to do so. Pretty frustrating, but I'm glad to have been able to donate my stuff. Just make sure you're 100% free the day you schedule for collection.”
