We can collect your clothes donation from your home or your place of work, and your used/unwanted items will help raise funds for charities. Your chosen charity will receive £200 for every tonne of clothes collected.

“Really good service great idea especially for disabled people who can’t take sacks of clothing to charity shops on their own Only issue I had is that they didn’t confirm the time with me so luckily he came just before my carer did.”

“Emails regarding home collection were clear, gave me options on a convenient date for collection and what to do. Pick-up was done within the allotted time frame given - swift service. I'm massively grateful the 3 bagful of items will be going to appropriate charities which I have donated in memory of my beautiful big brother who sadly passed away last year suddenly due to late diagnosis of cancer.”

“Informative website with choice of charities to donate to. Speedy collection on selected day (day after request) and within the time slot allocation.Helpful, polite driver. I would have wished for more than £200 per ton of donations but can understand running costs etc. . Had previous obstacles finding or receiving query feedback from other charities and refuge who would home collect so pleased to have found this service.”

“Easy online booking of collection from doorstep 3 days later of mostly new clothes and handbags bought in the more optimistic pre-pandemic days - and taking up a vast amount of space in a house which has turned into a covid refuge for a clinically extremely vulnerable elderly parent and carer daughter. It felt good to declutter the cave and even better to handpick a charity which has directly helped us - instead of the usual high street/charity recycle bin favourites which we HAVE supported time and again since March 2020 and before. We booked the slot on Sat morning, opted for Monday preferred, 2nd choice Tue. The email promised "shortly" had to be chased - and the contact number didn't accept messages - as we'd yet to get a time for collection Monday (or Tue). But it was the weekend, and a weekend in pandemic and all the pandemonium that has involved. We got a message Monday to confirm Tue - and the likely time. Courier turned up right on the dot. The day's grace gave me time to do some carer related duties - and also to gather some more goods to give away ... books, music, films, jewellery, some new plates and bric a brac as iCollectClothes accept the lot. We were put off one leading charity -having donated a new dining table and chairs to them and other high value goods over the years - when we added some smaller items to the last haul, quality items, new or virtually unused, and the driver said "Oh, they won't want THIS stuff. " We haven't given them a thing since. Charities need good ambassadors and I, for one, am happy to use a middle man which provides good customer service and delivers a choice of charities.”
