“First collection fail, second collection driver can locate my address. For future booking please allow us to leave notes . Incase it’s a new driver .”

“I havebeen using this service for a while but in the last few times my pick up times were changed to another date very late during the day. It will be good to ensure that does not happen as I had to move 8 bags back up flight of stairs .. this is the only reason for the 4 stars. Drivers and customer services are always great.”
