“Brilliant company. Gives us a chance to support a charity which supports us - Kidney Care UK - instead of the same old, same old high street charity shop monopoly or the doorstep leafleteers canvassing for charities which don't always check out via the charity registration number. Here you have the sheer happiness of helping a charity which doesn't always get a look in, and being able to choose your collection date, with a back up date, have it confirmed along with a time. I was sad that we had to go out for a medical emergency but I sent a pic of the bag swag outside the house to the charity and , to my delight, got confirmation the donation had been received, while still out. And I could tell it was iCollectClothes because they seem to have integrity. I put out, as an afterthought, a robust Amazon gift bag containing two boxes of cheese plates, far bigger and heavier than I'd realised when I'd ordered them from Amazon. Too heavy for arthritic or depuytrens contracture hands. I hadn't labelled them up ... and they were left behind . My guess is the courier thought, wonder if this is a gift that has been left for them - because everything else was in black bags. Erred on the side of caution. So I'll stash them away until next time. Spring clean due soon.”

“This is a fantastic service which I have just found out about. Having travelled around in my car for the past 2 weeks with 6 black bags this has taken all the anxiety out of finding time to deliver personally to a charity shop. Absolutely delighted .”
