“Must say these are a very good cctv cameras. We are very happy with them. We've had them running about 2 month's now. The only niggle is the night vision on the dome cameras could do with being a tiny bit better but I was told this before purchasing. The domes look better in my opinion so overall well happy with them and the staff are very helpful.”

“Excellent build quality and looks like it will make a great CCTV Alarm System, unfortunately the instruction manual is as much good as a chocolate fire guard. The manual supplied by the manufacturers was for a different machine. I contacted CCTVkits who told me there wasn't a user manual but their supplied 4 sheet instructions should be sufficient. That's OK if you are happy not knowing how to setup the machine for movement detection, remote access, connecting to a PC and a load of other useful options then this is for you. I have been searching the Internet for assistance which should have been available from the manufacturers. I would have given a 5 star rating but for the lack/poor instructions which means only an IT experts can realistically have a chance of getting the most from this system.”

“Good website and supplied in quick time. Would have expected plenty of RJ45 connectors to be supplied when spending £900. Wasn’t enough for the 8 cameras I bought. Online chat was instant and very helpful.”

“Items have always arrived on time, and the prices appear to be competitive. Unfortunately, the 'newer' Hikvision cameras are not as good as those available a year ago, but this is not cctvkit's fault.”

“Very easy to choose the right kit and the ability to mix and match is not something all sites have. I found this option invaluable as all cameras are in different locations with different distances. I also contacted them on delivery day to ask them about tracking so I could get an accurate timeline for when it would arrive. The chat service was responded to immediately and i received a pretty much exact time for arrival. Very pleased with the overall service.”

“Order delivered on time, one camera was the wrong colour but this was swapped next working day, technical helpline was also good. Much better than the actual manufacturer!! Next CCTV kit is definitely coming from here!”

“Excellent picture quality. Good value for money and build quality. Connecting and installation easy Operating and set up instructions could be better, we are not all totally computer literate and set up instructions need to be clearer. This means that I do not yet understand all the features available to me although as a basic system it works well.”
