“I needed an external camera with WiFi and this was one of the few available. The build quality looks excellent (compared to the 'budget' brands) and the initial setup gave very good image quality. Points to watch are - Mounting. The captive data/power lead is very short. I had to mount the camera on a junction box and run cable from there. Incomplete instruction manual. This is a problem for many Chinese brands. When something doesn't work as expected, prepare to spend hours searching the web for someone who has already posted the magic combination of commands. (For example, good luck setting up recording to an SD card...)”

“Very good delivery kit and an unbeatable price, i would say to make it easier finding back boxes for the camera maybe add a drop down menu but other than that i cant fault it!”

“Online shopping experience was painless and straightforward. Would have been 5 stars if there hadn't been some confusion (due to lack of information) over the discount code that was applicable to what I was buying, but my email seeking clarification was replied to almost instantly and followed up with a phone call. Very good customer service.”

“CCTVkits has helped me save a lot of money since prices are much cheaper compared to the local market. I have ordered several cameras and dvr which have arrived in 4 business days and already tested the products to confirm they are working properly. It should be noted that the employees of the company answer your e-mail regularly in order to help with any issue you might encounter. However, I would suggest the company to add some more information or perhaps tutorials on the blog section of the website.”

“At first Dissapointed since the bracket I selected wasn't compatible with the camera. This wasn't clear on the website. When I brought this to their attention the correct bracket was promptly dispatched. Satisfied”

“Quick delivery and quick contact the 1st time i sent a email but after that and 2 emails asking some questions i havant heard anything at all and its been days past which is a pity really as there site is well laid out and i was wishing to buy a few other bits but not getting any replys to my emails makes me look elsewhere as support is very important in before buying as well as aftercare.”

“Initially I was sent the wrong cameras with a 4mm lens when I ordered the 2.8mm version. The cameras look the same and the only giveaway is the small print on the box so it's possible it was a honest mistake. I made a phone call and DPD collected the same day and I had the cameras replaced the following day. All in all a very good turnaround.”

“Product excellent. They were the cheapest on the web for Qvis cameras. Very easy checkout with PayPal. Delivery times could be improved. Overall I would recommend ICCTV.”

“First time I have purchased and installed equipment of this nature, and the whole process was made easier than I had thought by the personnel at ICCTV Systems. The camera was easy to set up and functioned correctly straight out of the box. I installed this CCTV system so that my property was under surveillance whilst we were abroad. There was a small difficulty in establishing contact with the camera from Spain, but a email to the support section, soon had the problem resolved. Very satisfied and will probably install a second camera before we go away again.”
