“Good website and supplied in quick time. Would have expected plenty of RJ45 connectors to be supplied when spending £900. Wasn’t enough for the 8 cameras I bought. Online chat was instant and very helpful.”

“This is an excellent kit and was easy to install for a moderate/good DIYer but a notice to CCTV Installation. The kit is easy to assemble as a lot is self explanatory, the ethernet cable and crimping tool was new to me but came with clear instructions and was nothing a youtube video couldn't help with anyway. Once I had hidden all the cabling etc the actual setup took no longer then a few hours. The picture quality is amazing, when it said HD i wasn't sure it would be perfect but it is! Even when viewing remotely from the Hik-Connect App. The NVR setup was easy too, the system boots with a setup Wizard and guides you through. Everything is detailed in the manuals too for the more complicated features. The NVR is also easy to navigate and accessing the playback couldn't be easier. This is a great package!”

“Items have always arrived on time, and the prices appear to be competitive. Unfortunately, the 'newer' Hikvision cameras are not as good as those available a year ago, but this is not cctvkit's fault.”

“Must say these are a very good cctv cameras. We are very happy with them. We've had them running about 2 month's now. The only niggle is the night vision on the dome cameras could do with being a tiny bit better but I was told this before purchasing. The domes look better in my opinion so overall well happy with them and the staff are very helpful.”

“Product was as described however software provided on a cd and as most pc don’t have dvd/cd player/writer difficult to install software provide. Suggest supplying on a usb stick would be more useful. Only other moan is the mobile app doesn’t work with 4g or Wi-fi when away from the site where the CCTV NVR is installed so remote viewing is not possible. This needs to be sorted ASAP”

“Very easy to choose the right kit and the ability to mix and match is not something all sites have. I found this option invaluable as all cameras are in different locations with different distances. I also contacted them on delivery day to ask them about tracking so I could get an accurate timeline for when it would arrive. The chat service was responded to immediately and i received a pretty much exact time for arrival. Very pleased with the overall service.”
