“I completed a 200-hour online course through i-to-i TEFL. I found the course comprehensive in the material it covered, and was impressed by how much I felt I learned. I came into the course with no knowledge about teaching English whatsoever, and leave it feeling much more prepared to start my teaching journey. The in-person classroom portion was, by far, the highlight of my course. My teacher, Glen, was phenomenal at giving us helpful information about not only the required material but also his own personal experiences. It was very interesting to learn about the motivations and backgrounds of my fellow students, and I enjoyed testing out parts of my lesson plan and receiving feedback. I would highly recommend an i-to-i course to anyone looking to become a TEFL instructor.”

“I think it was a really good learning platform, It had a lot of detail about what was happening, and you can learn at your own pace. I really enjoyed it and feel that its helped me take a closer step to my goal of living and working in Asia.”

“I am finding the course very helpful and I am enjoying it. It is teaching me many things but it is also increasing my confidence via the little quiz and assessment sections. I really enjoyed the classroom section of the course. I was a little apprehensive at first but that soon drifted away. The classroom course really does build confidence and I believe it is instrumental preparation for becoming a good EFL Teacher. I love the add on you can buy to have your assessments marked quicker. Thanks for a great course i-to-i.”

“This course has everything you need in order to be successful. I enjoyed it immensely and would recommend it to anyone who wants to teach English abroad. “I've been a teacher for over 10 years including some work abroad and I've had lots of different training in that time but this course was the best training I've had. Well written, well prepared, well delivered.”

“This course was easy to use and understand, very good context. Quizzes after every section was very helpful. Very good layout /planned. Absolutely brilliant. I loved checking the progress bar to see how much I'd achieved everyday. I'd recommend it to anyone. Well done to the people behind this.”

“I am extremely disgruntled at the fact that once a course has been completed and passed, I can't access the course contents again. So much money is paid for the course and I feel that as students we should be allowed to access completed course content to assist with assessments and lesson planning.”

“I only evaluated the website content so far. The course content does not seem to include practical hours at all. The role playing with other students in a hotel cannot be considered a real practice. Moreover I cannot find anywhere the CVs of the tutors. What is their experience and qualifications? Lots of words but no examples of the course materials. The level 5 course claims to have 320hrs but they somehow do not add up. I don't think it is worth the risk.”

“Greetings, I learned about i to i from friends teaching English in Vietnam. They highly recommended this course. I was looking at their online brochure in the last few days and then had a call from i to i in the UK. I spoke with Alex and he answered all the questions I had about the different levels and potential for earning money teaching online. He was extremely helpful and truly understands this growing English teaching phenomena, TEFL! Cheers, Bill”

“The course is acceptable and satisfactory but the length of time is probably too short. Perhaps IELTS course for the exam should be 12 weeks. Spend more time in developing the writing skills for academic purposes for those students who are going to study abroad in an English speaking Nation. Practice more speaking to develop competency if they wish to migrate also for perminant residency status.”
