I completed a 200-hour online course through i-to-i TEFL. I found the course comprehensive in the material it covered, and was impressed by how much I felt I learned. I came into the course with no knowledge about teaching English whatsoever, and leave it feeling much more prepared to start my teaching journey. The in-person classroom portion was, by far, the highlight of my course. My teacher, Glen, was phenomenal at giving us helpful information about not only the required material but also his own personal experiences. It was very interesting to learn about the motivations and backgrounds of my fellow students, and I enjoyed testing out parts of my lesson plan and receiving feedback. I would highly recommend an i-to-i course to anyone looking to become a TEFL instructor.
