“The customer service is really great,I am literally crying as I am typing this review,I haven't been able to study for about 3 months due to my parent's illness,they were both sick due to covid my mom recovered but my dad did not make it,I was so heartbroken and I could not focus due to all the traveling and hospital bills,I had to talk to the customer service to buy me more time and they agreed,they gave me 3 more months,I am so grateful.thank you so much.”

“I was helped by Gemma and she was most certainly the best. She helped and guided me throughout the whole process of registering.If I had any queries or any confusions she would guide me through it all. All I needed to do was send her an email and ask her to call me and each time I was greeted with enthusiasm and zeal ..it was honestly an extreme delight to have had her help me throughout the whole process.”

“The course content was easy to understand and very well presented. Communication from the school was regular and relevant. I especially appreciate that once one completes the course, there is additional support to find employment. This has been quite a journey, but well worth it.”

Student Support Officer Gemma James is wonderfully supportive and I had the great pleasure of speaking with Emily, the i-to-i tutor in the introductory videos for the course, when I called with questions. She is as every bit as inspiring and helpful on the phone as she is on camera. The course is well written and comprehensive, with supplementary links to a wealth of additional resources.”
