“I had a situation I thought would not be resolved and I would miss out on completing my certification. I spoke with Customer Service Agent Victoria and she was an absolute God send. She handled my situation with professionalism and empathy. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Victoria. i-to-i Management, I hope you know what a wonderful representative you have in Victoria. “Course and academic tutors very good for this company. Course rigorous and academic tutors helpful. I had an uploading issue, part of an assignment failed to upload. Academic tutor asked me to email it to check it. Got back to me quickly.”

“I researched far and wide and settled on the 180 hour course by i-to-i to qualify for TEFL. For me the course was tough and it took a lot of time and hard word to get to grips with everything and pass my assignments. The feedback and support was fantastic and very helpful. Each and every comment received was spot-on and helped me understand the course and content much better. I feel confident and knowledgeable about the content after completing the course. It is well planned, laid out and very professionally presented and covers sufficient content. Each time I phoned for advise, I was promptly assisted. I will highly recommend the TEFL course through i-to-i.”

“Nina paid close attention to me showing interest in the course and made sure that she was there to give up to date information and advice. It may have sincerely taken longer for me to register for the course had she not been a steady voice encouraging me with the process even when it seemed I was stuck; (e.g. payment reflecting in dollars as opposed to the currency of my country).”

“I absolutely loved this course. I enjoyed every assignment and chapter I went through and learnt so much from it. There was always help available if I needed it and I managed to get through the course easily and well. I am very happy with it and I can’t wait to start my teaching my journey.”

“Being a qualified English teacher already, I did not understand why I had to do the TEFL Course. When I finally decided to register and start the course, I was amazed at the approaches used to teach English. I just knew that mine would be outdated and I would fail to teach foreign learners despite my knowledge. I enjoyed my course and gave my all to the assignments. TEFL Courses are well designed, informative, user friendly and punctuated with quizzes within units and tests at the end of every unit. These assist in measuring one's understanding throughout all units. I'm a proud TEFL Level 5 Qualification! Hooray!!1”

“I just completed my TEFL LEVEL5 course with i-to-i. The course was excellent in every aspect. Well designed and highly organised, the staging of all modules and units effectively structured. The units set clear goals for the student to accomplish, and you can check your progress frequently and self evaluate. The lessons are detailed and well thought out. The platform's layout is engaging and friendly, and the user will navigate easily through the course. The content is presented clearly, so you won't get stuck or confused at any point and risk losing your focus or motivation. The i-to-i staff is professional and very friendly, and ready to provide help whenever needed. I had a great experience learning with i-to. Absolutely recommended for all who wish to start teaching TEFL.”
