“I have completed my Level 5 300-hour TEFL Diploma sometime ago, which was brilliantly laid out and I got to study at my own pace. It is full of resources and examples, and the feedback on assignments is always thorough. After being really satisfied with the qualification and teaching I received from i-to-i, I got in touch with the student support team to inquire about upgrading myself further by converting to the 420-hour Advanced Diploma. I was helped by Gemma, who also helpfully temporarily froze the course for me upon request so that I may undertake it in the summer, because as a university student I'm very busy during term-time! I'm very excited about continuing to train with i-to-i; their student support is fantastic and the resources available certainly help to give new teachers a head-start when first entering the world of TEFL!”

“This was a very enjoyable course. The only thing I would like different, is to receive an actual percentage for assignments so you know if you have just scraped through with 75 or if you have done very well with 95.”

“I was unsure about taking the Business English Course, but after speaking to Gemma, who allowed all my questions and answered them with patience and solid information, I felt comfortable enrolling. Unfortunately I had unfinished work projects and needed to apply all my attention to successfully complete them - again Gemma was most helpful and advised that we can freeze the course until I am ready to start. Wow! Thank you, Gemma, for just making my life so much easier with your fantastic client service!”

“5 * to Jenny who provided feedback to my first assignment attempt! I had missed 2 elements in my lesson plan and she found them! I was happy, someone had indeed put a lot of effort to read my paper! The second attempt was the winning with straight to the point comments. For those who believe that these are easy tasks and assignments...forget it! Keep up the good work!”

“I signed up for a 120-hour combined course due to a friend's recommendation, and was not disappointed. I-to-I's online customer service team was great at answering all my questions and tried to give me as much support as I needed throughout the course, the online portion was straightforward, and the virtual class left a positive impression on me. Not only was my group a delight to work with, but my instructor, Suzanne, was amazing across the board. She was patient, knowledgable, accommodating, and overall a pleasure to learn from. I definitely recommend the level 3 combined course.”

“Gemma always answers my questions politely. She's very dedicated to her job. I feel free to speak to Gemma at any time. Gemma is also very understanding and helpful. I'm glad to have her as an advisor. I was very happy to get 50% discount because I am 65 years old. Thanks i-to-i !”

“I studied a various Universities( Harvard, Oxford Brooks, Unisa< Dublin Business School) over the Globe, never had the support from any Institution as i-To-i. Jill Drysdale reached out to me immediately after registration and helped me step-by-step to break the iceberg of starting with the diploma, as well as invite me to Zoom meetings. In the past it would take a few days to read through info, deadlines for assignments etc, which is overwhelming for a first time student. Not with i-To-i, it is done for your convenience and the support is excellent. Thank you Jill for reaching out and go the extra mile, even on a Sunday afternoon. Also would like to thank Jordan Williams who reached out helping with job searches. I rate you both 5/5!!!”

“I have just finished my 20 hour practical course. Our tutor was Susan and I simply would like to say that she was just brilliant! Very warm, accesible, enthusiastic to everyone of us and in general excellent in her job. Susan kept my interest for these two days and I feel I have learned a lot.”
