“Nikki was so patient and kind. I had completed a couple of classes back in 2012 and 2013. I was unable to finish the course. She looked at my options and pricing and helped me make a great decision to go for the gold. She is an outstanding representative of i-to-i TEFL!”

“A couple years ago I completed the 120 TEFL course. I wanted to get back into some more courses to up my qualifications, but saw on the site that some of the courses changed as well as level options. I made a call and spoke with Gemma James, who was exceedingly patient with me over multiple phone calls and really took the time to explain the new packages, the new level 5 certification, course contents and how that related to the courses I had purchased previously. She assembled several option suggestions for me from most cost effective to the most time effective, so we found the packages that worked best for me. Also, due to my crazy schedule and laptop issues, she was able to extend and freeze my courses so I can start them when I’m ready and not have to be stressed out about getting them done in time. Big thanks again to Gemma for all her time, help and patience and helping me get back into the TEFL scene with i-to-i!”
