“Wonderful service from start to finish delivering and installing our hot tub. Dan, Martin and Josh are so knowledgable and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend Hydro-active pools and spas.”

“What a Guy Chris Hot tub arrived yesterday delivered put in place looks amazing. Chris told me everything i needed to know and responded immediately to an enquiry. I would have the installation had I known about it ask for this if its not explained to you its I would say its worth the money. Chris told me all about the servicing as well sounds like a great plan”

All customers are offered the full install, but we believe from listening to the calls between you and Jack you didn't opt to take this as didn't see the value in the extra charge. “Excellent customer service from ordering, delivery updates and after sales support to diagnose a problem with my electrics. Was kept informed regularly with any delivery updates. To say Hydro had to deal with 3 lockdowns from when I placed my order...my hot tub arrived 4 weeks after their estimated date (and Christmas fell in those 4 weeks!) Not bad at all. Very happy with my hot tub. Excellent experience all round!”

“Excellent customer service from both Jack and Jessica. Deliver and installation couldn’t have gone smoother despite needing a crane! Martin and Josh were friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. Just waiting patiently for the spa to reach the required temperature ... no hesitation on recommending this company. Competitively priced, great customer service and an installation team that knew exactly what needed to be done”

“I chose Hydro-Active Pools and Spas based on other reviews I had read. They are not a local company to me, but they were prepared to deliver. The Hot Tub arrived on Monday and we have loved using it each evening, despite the cold wind and rain. I feel it completes our garden, but more importantly, it brings the family together for distraction free conversation. The HotTub is beautiful, the jets very powerful and the lighting and music just add to the ambience on a cold dark night. Special thanks to Jessica and Martin who have answered every question I’ve had this week since receiving the Hot Tub. Jessica was also brilliant in keeping me updated between order placement and delivery.”
