Excellent customer service from ordering, delivery updates and after sales support to diagnose a problem with my electrics. Was kept informed regularly with any delivery updates. To say Hydro had to deal with 3 lockdowns from when I placed my order...my hot tub arrived 4 weeks after their estimated date (and Christmas fell in those 4 weeks!) Not bad at all. Very happy with my hot tub. Excellent experience all round!
