“Absolutely fantastic service from walking in showroom and meeting Andy and Jack the knowledge was fantastic the communication has been fantastic and delivery was excellent Chris and Dan amazing and went through everything with me. Would highly recommend.”

“We have had a spa for over 6 months and had a few teething problems. 2 weeks ago we lost the power to it. After ringing hydro to ask them to have a look. They went above and beyond to sort the problem. Today the engineer(Martin) came out and replaced the main mother board and we are now up and working. Even showed me a few tips on working it. The lady on the phone even took the showroom model to pieces to get our part (jessica). Hats off to all the staff. And also if you have ordered a spa. And it hasn’t arrived. Please wait as it is well worth it. Thank you to all at hydro spas. Highly recommend this company.”
