“We had a prompt service on our hot tub. The service was thorough. Our only disappointment was that we were sure that when we purchased the tub we were advised we would get a chemical starter pack with each service alongside the filters.”

This is for you to get a idea of the chemicals you will use in future use and the engineers to talk you through them.

“Had my tub from HA for 4 years now they are a pleasure to deal with. Have always been professional punctual and courteous. Usually a few weeks lead-in on service and repair items but that's fine just book in advance. Great service!”
