“Come on guys, where is the cover lifter that I have paid for as part of the deal. Nearly 3 weeks on and not a word from you? At least give us some feedback. Not what I thought I was paying for. Our cover is getting damaged. My wife has to wait for me to to get home to help her remove the cover so she and the kids can use the spa. Not good business chaps and I know I am not the only customer who has the same complaint I bought from you because you are local and seemed to be genuine, offer a good deal and backup service. You are not living up to that.”

From initial fitting to annual service (Chris & Martin), it has been a top job and I would recommend Hydroactive Spas to anyone who is looking to purchase. And for those who do purchase, be sure to take the annual service, it is worth every penny.”
