“Hi Mr ianson still waiting for my hot tub”

Good afternoon, In response to your review. You purchased your hot tub In June and was fully aware of the time scale which was advised to be October delivery. After a conversation with Jack today, he clarified the time scales you were given and you were happy that your delivery is on track for the time scales advised.
