“It did take a while to get the confirmation of when the item was being delivered to store, i think and email with a time line to let a customer know what stage they are at would be worth while as i had to call a few times to find out.”

“Excellent quick service. I couldn't complete my order online as their site was playing up, the girl who took my call was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The person I had ordered the ugg boots for was thrilled. This is the second time I have used Hurleys and I would defiantly use them again. S Morrison”

“Service is good but i am not happy with the fact that they do not refund money when you make a return in shop. so there should be a refund instead of a credit not upon returning the item.”

“I was really impressed with the service provided from Hurleys - I had a couple of occasions where I had to email customer services with an enquiry and my question was always responded to promptly. Boots were delivered quickly as well!”

“What can I say from Ordering to the actual delivery it has been excellent ......after being a little concerned to say the least due to the pressure of both my grandchildren requiring new school shoes and in such a short period of time .....Hurleys came up trumps!! I would also like to thank Michelle once again for her excellent service skills.”

“Easy to order. I ordered over the bank holiday, so wasn't sure if my item was in stock. I called their number and the customer service was great. The lady was so polite and helpful and delivery didn't take long after bank holiday. Would definitely order from here again.”
