“Ordered a watch fro my wife's christmas present, as Hurleys had the best price compared to the same item on the high street. Delivery was quick, and the watch itself was lovely and in brand new condition. However, the outer packaging box was torn, and the watch box itself has slight damage to the corners, though not too bad. This is disappointing, given the watch it a christmas gift, and the outer packaging make it appear 2nd hand. The watch was well packed in bubble wrap and poly parcel bag, so this damage must have occurred prior to packaging, not during transit. Hurleys have been advised,and said they will try to source a new outer box, but nothing forthcoming so far. A pleasant purchase experience has been spoiled by damaged packaging, for a watch which wasn't cheap.”

“I ordered UGG boots for my 3 year old son. Boots arrived quickly and nicely packed. They actually look much better in real then on the picture :) Amazing quality and best price compare to other websites. Great product, great service! Will definetly shop again :) Thank you”

“Informed too late my order wasn't in stock, then when I cancelled my order I was then informed you had forgot to cancel and had dispatched the item. I had to wait for the item to be delivered to re-send back before I could get my refund.”

“3xl was to short? Crazy as 2xl fits in most sizes then have to pay to return then still waiting on refund very poor indeed”

Dear Gareth i am very sorry the size you ordered did not fit, i can confirm that your order posted back to us on the 12th of this month was refunded on the 16th of this month however, payments by card do take a little while to clear with your bank, i have checked and the refund is showing as a successful payment and will be with you very soon, apologies again kind regards Michelle apologies

“I ordered a size 8 Barbour leather jacket for my wife. She is a size 6 in usual high street stores. The jacket arrived but was extremely tight and my wife could not zip up the jacket. I returned the jacket and requested a replacement size 10, when that jacket arrived it was like my wife was wearing a bag. Clearly the Barbour sizing was all over the place, from one size to the next should not have been so significant. No criticism to Hurleys - they accepted the returned jacket without issue.”
